With over 20 years experience in construction and manufacturing, Ben brings a customer-centric approach to strengthening existing relationships, developing new business and implementing technologies to help bring the steel industry into the modern era.
Colvin Arnold Jr.
Executive Vice President of Operations
A native of Flint, Michigan, Colvin is a USAF veteran and a Six-Sigma Black Belt professional. He joined Bay Cities after twelve years in the automotive manufacturing and bottled water industries.
Michael Thibodeau
CFO
Mike is team-oriented with multiple years experience as controller and CFO, focused on efficiency, improving processes, results and financial reporting, and looking to the future. He also has experience in public accounting for in a large regional firm with a focus on manufacturing, distribution and retail clients.
John “JR” Flethcer
Vice President, Purchasing
JR originally joined BCMP for outside sales in 1988, moved inside for sales and ultimately wound up taking over purchasing, inventory, networking and the ERP software.

Amy is co-chair of National Women in Roofing (NWIR) Southern California Council. She earned a bachelor’s degree from California State University, Los Angeles.

Ryan has worked in the metal industry for more than two decades with a deep breadth of experience as a manufacturing/fabrication specialist, team leader, and customer success expert.

A native from Palau, Coahuila, Mexico, Gerardo is an Engineer with more than 15 years of experience in the metal industry with a focus on developing teams, ensuring safety, increasing efficiencies, and reducing costs.
